AI-Tutor Pro is an AI-powered learning tool for CBSE students in Classes 6–12. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Acceptable use

• This platform is designed for students aged 11–18 under the CBSE curriculum.
• Do not submit personally identifiable information inside questions.
• The free tier is limited to 6 questions per day per device.
• Automated access, scraping, or reselling of the service is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

AI-generated content

Answers are generated by AI and aligned to NCERT/CBSE curriculum, but they are not a substitute for your teacher or official study material. Always verify important answers against your textbook. We do not guarantee that every answer is error-free.

Subscriptions & payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle, as shown on the Pricing page.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway (Razorpay); we do not store your card or UPI credentials.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds & cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: a full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase where usage was limited to reasonable evaluation; heavy usage may instead receive a pro-rated refund. Auto-renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of renewal only if the service was not used after renewal. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for academic outcomes, exam results, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
